I took over this restaurant just three months ago, but the mission has stayed strong—to serve great Korean food with care and consistency. We kept the same signature sauces and double-fried chicken that people love and added our own heart to the place. I believe food should feel familiar, even when it’s new. That’s what we work toward every day: real meals that feel like home.
